Open fire brunch at Son Boronat. Live fire cooking, natural wine, long tables and music under the Mallorcan sun.
Sunday Fire by Primitif
Every Sunday, Primitif gathers people around the fire at the beautiful estate of Son Boronat in Mallorca.
The fire is lit at noon and food is prepared slowly over wood and flame. Seasonal ingredients from local farms and the Mediterranean are cooked using open fire techniques, creating a generous and vibrant Sunday feast.
The experience is led by Chef Pablo Marí. Originally from Mendoza, Argentina, at the foothills of the Andes, Pablo grew up surrounded by a powerful natural landscape that shaped his curiosity, his love for travel, and his deep connection to nature and fire.
At Primitif, his cuisine celebrates local and seasonal ingredients transformed by flame, smoke, and time.
Guests gather around long communal tables in nature while enjoying natural wines, music, and the relaxed rhythm of a Mallorcan afternoon. The experience is designed to be convivial and immersive, where people come together to eat, drink, and share time around the fire.
Sunday Fire by Primitif is more than a brunch. It is a weekly gathering celebrating food, nature, and community in one of Mallorca’s most beautiful settings.
