Este domingo el running club se convierte en especial Carnaval.
No es un entreno normal: hay que venir disfrazado. ¡Cuanto más creativo, mejor, porque habrá premio al mejor disfraz!
Empezamos con 10’ de movilidad para activar el cuerpo, seguimos con un easy run de 7,5 km a ritmo cómodo (6:00/km), pensado para disfrutar, charlar y correr en grupo sin presión.
¡ Da igual si tu disfraz es épico o improvisado, lo importante es sumarse al plan y vivir el Carnaval corriendo !

This Sunday, the running club turns into a Carnival Special.
This isn’t a regular training session: you have to come in costume. The more creative, the better — there will be a prize for the best costume!
We’ll start with 10 minutes of mobility to get the body moving, followed by a 7.5 km easy run at a comfortable pace (6:00/km), designed to enjoy, chat, and run together with no pressure.
Epic or last-minute costume — it doesn’t matter. What counts is joining the plan and celebrating Carnival on the run!
