After the last retreat, we heard words like “life-changing,” “a deep reset,” and “I found a part of myself I’d lost.”
In May, we’re opening the space again—for those ready to step into embodied change.
This is a weekend for anyone who feels it’s time to let go of emotional weight, clear the fog, and come back home to their body and essence.
We’re not here for surface-level relaxation. We’re here for a sacred reset—using breath, movement, ritual, and natural healing tools to clear out what no longer serves and breathe new life into what does.
What You’ll Experience
Breathwork
Rhythmic, powerful breath practice combining music, guided breathing patterns, and visualization. This work helps you shed layers of stress, reconnect with your body, activate your inner pharmacy (including the spirit molecule, DMT), and reach states of clarity, healing, and bliss. Reset your nervouse system and travel through your inner world.
Kambo Ceremony
Kambo is a potent detox ritual using the secretion of the Amazonian frog Phyllomedusa bicolor. Known as the warrior cleanse, it clears both physical toxins and emotional heaviness. Kambo supports immune strength, nervous system reset, and deep energetic purification.
Conscious movement and Cacao Ceremony
Conscious movement and discovery of range of motion helps free stuck energy and move from the mind to the heart. From here we go straight into the Cacao ceremony
Cacao, often called “the food of the gods,” opens the heart and enhances emotional connection. Combined with Live Music it becomes a joyful, deep experience. This ceremony invites you to connect to your heart, move freely, feel fully, and celebrate life.
Rebirth Ceremony
A death and rebirth ritual in which you have the opportunity to shed your old life and step into something new.
Throughout the whole retreat we will be exploring the connection to our true self, our heart, our truth and learning how to be more in love with ourselves and life.
Depending on the flow of the days we will optionally do some demasking, authentic communication, Energy jazz, Heart to heart Group coherence, Desire placement, and who knows what other transformational surprises the weekend will bring! ;-)...

Emmy Morris is the co-founder of The Crystal Inn, a sanctuary for holistic healing and conscious transformation in Cártama, Spain.
Her path has taken her deep into the worlds of plant medicine and ceremonial healing, learning directly from indigenous tribes and integrating this wisdom into modern practice. Emmy’s approach is both compassionate and empowering—holding space with reverence, integrity, and care.

Dominic is a SOMA Breath Master Instructor, transformational guide, and lifelong student of consciousness. With over 30 years of meditation practice and a personal journey through healing and growth, he creates spaces where real transformation can happen.
His work blends the rhythm and depth of SOMA Breath with body awareness, emotional integration, and grounded spiritual guidance. With clarity and presence, Dominic supports participants in moving beyond stuck patterns—into peace, vitality, and connection with their true self.
