El Authentic Relating son herramientas que nos ayudan a expresarnos desde nuestra verdad y nuestra esencia.
Cuando nos permitimos compartir lo que está vivo en nosotras, aprendemos a vivir menos desde el miedo y más desde el amor. Esto nos da confianza y fuerza para afrontar los retos de la vida con coherencia e integridad, crecer en todas nuestras dinámicas relacionales y crear una comunidad sólida y nutritiva.
En este taller introductorio exploraremos las bases del Authentic Relating a través de dinámicas simples y profundas, que nos invitan a:
🌱 Practicar la autenticidad.
🌱 Abrirnos a la curiosidad.
🌱 Hablar de lo que a veces incomoda.
🌱 Crecer en confianza y conexión.
Es hora de solar las máscaras, y reconocer que en nuestra vulnerabilidad se haya nuestro poder.

Authentic Relating offers tools that help us express ourselves from our truth and our essence.
When we share what is alive in us, we can live less from fear and more from love. This empowers us, bringing more confidence and clarity to face life’s challenges with integrity and coherence, grow in all our relational dynamics and create a solid and nourishing community.
In this introductory workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of Authentic Relating through simple yet powerful practices that invite us to:

🌱 Open to curiosity
🌱 Speak about what feels uncomfortable
🌱 Grow in trust and connection
Drop the mask and expand into a more authentic and connected life. 💚
(it will be guided mainly in Spanish, but some support in english is available if needed.)
