Yoga Dance is a practice that weaves together elements of Yoga and Dance, not through strict choreography, but as a space to move beyond rigidity and the obsession with form and perfection.

It is a space to explore what it truly feels like to flow with life:
to listen, to understand, to feel, and to inhabit the anatomy of the body as a living intelligence that supports and guides us.
The practice is open to all levels and all curious bodies.
No previous experience in yoga or dance is required — only a willingness to experience your body in a new way.
When the weather allows, we will practice outdoors, held by the sun and the elements of nature. When this is not possible, the session will take place indoors.
