Soulful Sunday - Hosted by Yoga With Chrystal
Join us for our monthly two-hour nourishing evening of deep rest, designed to restore balance to body, mind and heart.
We'll begin with a candlelit restorative yoga practice. This is a style of yoga which focuses on holding postures for several minutes, incorporating the use of props to support you into a state of deep rest. We'll be using using bolsters, blocks & blankets to support us & offer ease in each posture that we move through, inviting tension to melt away and to open space within, supported by physical touch to settle into deep relaxation.
We'll incorporate the use of essential oils to awaken the senses and enhance your relaxation experience. The evening will gently transition into a guided meditation, allowing you to completely unwind and sink into stillness.
Location: Star Studios (Avinguda de Paris, 37, 03730, Jávea) (5 minutes walk from L'Arenal beach)

This event is priced at €30 per person.
Participation is limited to preserve a tranquil, individualised atmosphere. Each guest will receive attentive support and therapeutic touch in restorative postures, complemented by the calming aroma of essential oils.
