A day dedicated to your senses and deep healing with Katrin & Shakya.
Immerse yourself in a day full of connection, healing and joie de vivre! Together we will create a loving space in which we welcome the power of the medicine plant Mama Cacao. She will accompany you as we enter into silence, connect in singing, feel the vibrancy of your dance and experience the magic of nourishing touch. On this special day, we celebrate ourselves and our natural humanness - mindful, authentic and in harmony with your heart. Katrin & Shakya accompany you on this journey with their loving presence and various instruments.
Contribution: 60-90 EUR according to your own possibilities cacao included
Bring along: Your favourite cup, comfortable clothes, fine food for our small shared (!) lunch buffet.
Schedule: We ground us with a slow peaceful start. Your body is invited to relax in silent and moving sequences. Your voice is welcome to resonate and your soul will have space to expand. To allow the cacao to unfold its full effect, we will only have a small picnic together at lunchtime. In the early afternoon, we will then drink the raw cacao in a ceremony and see where the plant wants to take us afterwards...
