In this intimate workshop, you will be guided through a sensory tea ritual and create your own herbal tea bath sachets using dried flowers, herbs, and fruit peels. This is more than a craft session. It is a moment to pause, reconnect, and build a simple ritual you can take home.
What to expect
We begin with a guided tea moment featuring my signature Dusk Tea, created to support relaxation and transition from a busy day into a calm evening.
You will be invited to:
- Slow down and engage your senses through smell, taste, and touch
- Experience a short guided breathing moment
- Reflect on how different herbs make you feel
From there, you will create your own herbal bath sachets, like tea for your bath, designed around how you want to feel such as calm, grounded, or gently re-energized.
You will create
- 1 to 2 personalized herbal bath sachets to take home
- Your own blend using natural dried herbs, flowers, and fruit peels
