Learn Spanish through Rock and Pop Hits

Tired of boring grammar books and repetitive apps? Let’s learn Spanish through the soul of its music! ✨

Learn Spanish through Rock and Pop Hits

Join us for a unique, immersive workshop where language meets rhythm. We won’t just study Spanish; we’ll feel it through the legendary songs of Rock and Pop that shaped culture in Spain and Latin America.

What we’ll do:

* The Musical Hook: I’ll introduce each session with a live demo on guitar and harmonica. We’ll explore two iconic songs per workshop, diving into their history and why they became legends.

* The Lyrics Lab: Forget digital screens! You’ll get a physical handout for each song. We’ll work through specific fragments, filling in the blanks and taking notes as I play the parts slowly for you.

* Decoding the Meaning: Together, we’ll "open up" the lyrics. We’ll uncover the hidden slang, the metaphors, and the cultural context (like what "Sarandonga" actually means or the mystery behind "Aserejé").

* Sound & Rhythm: We’ll focus on pronunciation and the natural flow of the Spanish language through the rhythm of the music. It’s the most organic way to make the words stick in your brain!

* Interactive Discussion: A relaxed space to ask questions, share what the songs trigger in you, and learn "The Word of the Day" to use in your daily life here in Spain.

Our 4-Session Journey:

* Session 1 | Immortal Classics: La Bamba (Mexico) & Chan Chan (Cuba).

* Session 2 | Rumba & Flavor: Sarandonga (Spain) & Volare (Gipsy Kings style).

* Session 3 | Street Rhythms: Me Gustas Tú & Clandestino (Manu Chao).

* Session 4 | Pop & Dance: Aserejé (The viral phenomenon) & La Flaca (Jarabe de Palo).

Notes:

*No singing required! Just bring your curiosity, your ears, and your love for music.
*For begginers and intermediate levels
*Up to 18 y/o.
